We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. When your order arrives, please inspect the items carefully and contact us immediately if there are any issues by calling 800-479-1851. If something needs to be returned for a refund or exchange, you will need an RA number. Our staff will provide that number when you call to set up the return.
Exchanges / Refunds
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, but certain conditions do apply:
- Products must be in new and unused condition. All original labels and tags must still be attached.
- Special order items and clearance items sales are final and not eligible for exchange or refund.
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied to your return.
- Original shipping fees and return shipping fees cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of an error on our part, or due to a faulty or damaged item.
- You must have your RA number included in the package so we can process the return properly.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, once your return is processed.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
Faulty / Damaged Items
Fast Back Ropes stands behind the quality of our products. Please contact us immediately if you have received an item that appears to be damaged or faulty. Our staff will work with you on issuing a credit or replacing the item.
