I wrote a previous review on this ball cap talking about my disappointment in the side embroidery not being on the hat. Fast Back reached out immediately to apologize and offered a discount on my next purchase. They have great customer service and I will definitely be ordering more ropes and caps.

This would have been a 5 star review, but this hat was missing the Fast Back stitching on the side of the hat when I got it. It’s pictured on the website but it’s not on the hat I got. It is still a very nice hat with a very cool design. I was just disappointed when it didn’t have the fast back stitching on the side of the hat.
